We operate strictly by appointment only.
We require a £20 deposit to secure any appointment with us. This will then be deducted from your final bill when you collect your dog after their groom, or if you wish to make a future appointment it will be rolled over as the new deposit.
After the £20 deposit has been paid via a payment link we will then email you our Terms of Service. Please read this thoroughly as you will be asked to sign that you agree to the terms when you bring your doggie to their first appointment.
We respectfully request a minimum of 48 hours notice in case you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us. If 48 hours notice is not given then your deposit will be forfeited.
Referrals
We would be delighted to offer you a £10 discount for recommending us to one of your friends. This offer only applies to our Full Works service. Your referral will also need to have the Full Works with us for you to apply this discount towards your next appointment.
